SEB Funds AB is one of the largest asset managers in the Nordics. We offer a wide variety of funds for private and institutional investors.
SEB Funds AB has the license from Finansinspektionen to conduct fund operations (Swedish Investment Funds Act 2004:46 and Swedish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act 2013:561).
SEB Funds AB engages the services of SEB to execute aspects of the business including the funds' share/unitholder register, compliance with rules, personnel administration, handling complaints, IT services and more. Bank of New York Mellon takes care of some aspects of fund administration, such as calculation of the funds' net asset value. SEB Funds AB's service contract with SEB also covers fund distribution and marketing. Portfolio management of some funds is outsourced to external partners.
SEB Funds AB is a member of Swedish Investment Fund Association and thus follows "Swedish Code of Conduct for fund management companies”.
