SEB Investment Management AB engages the services of SEB to execute aspects of the business including Investment Management AB's share/unitholder register, compliance with rules, personnel administration, handling complaints, IT services and more. Bank of New York Mellon takes care of some aspects of fund administration, such as calculation of the funds' net asset value. SEB IM AB's service contract with SEB also covers fund distribution and marketing. Portfolio management of some funds is outsourced to external partners.
